Final Report

All grantees are required to complete a final report. The report is similar to the application form, and includes a few questions about your project and a high-level financial report.

Grantees will receive an email notice when the Links to the 2024 grantee final report will be posted here when it becomes available. Grantees will receive an email notice that the report is available.

Final report deadlines are included in the grant program information and the financial agreement.

The final report can be submitted when all activities funded with the first grant instalment have been completed.

Examples of final report questions from past years: PlanH 2023 and AFC 2023
