BC Healthy Communities Society offers planning, policy, process and partnership support with a health and equity lens. Through our programs and services, we work with local governments, health bodies, community organizations and other health- and equity-focused groups to improve health and well-being.
As part of our offerings, we develop and deliver provincial programs such as PlanH and Age-Friendly Capacity Building that include grants in combination with facilitated planning supports and learning.
Our interdisciplinary team of planning, public health, community engagement, research and evaluation experts is also available on a fee-for-service basis, working with you to create customized approaches to fulfill on your healthy communities goals. Contact us to find out more.
