PlanH Healthy Communities grants are open for application! <\/strong><\/h1>\n

PlanH Healthy Communities grants that support healthier, more connected communities in B.C. are now open for application.<\/p>\n

Local and Indigenous governments, organizations, and communities can apply to BC Healthy Communities (BCHC) for 2026 PlanH Healthy Communities Grants across two funding streams: Community Connectedness grants of up to $5,000 for projects that build relationships and Healthy Public Policy grants of up to $15,000 for projects that develop or improve policies affecting community health and well-being. <\/p>\n
