Gagan's role is to support communities that are accessing BCHC's capacity building grants and to help tell the stories of the transformative and innovative work that is happening across the province. She has over 15 years of community development experience, and is a natural collaborator and connector. Gagan values inclusion, community-building, and working across differences to create lasting, systemic change.
An MA candidate in the School of Leadership Studies and Royal Roads University, Gagan is a life-long learner. In her time off, she can be found recharging in nature whether it's picnicking on the beach, hiking in the woods, or biking to a gulf island.
