Stacy is an organizational, leadership and sustainable community development consultant who has worked for over 15 years with a wide range of communities, non-profits, and public sector organizations in Canada and Latin America. She has led a number of innovative development and training initiatives, and has helped to build the capacity and resilience of numerous organizations and communities. She is a dynamic and engaging facilitator who brings a wealth of experience designing and facilitating learning programs, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and positive change processes.
Stacy is the co-creator and lead facilitator of Leading Communities BC, a successful community leadership program designed to build the leadership capacity of rural Canadian communities. She is also the co-founder of Earth Matters, a non-profit organization that builds leadership capacities of young adults through involvement in sustainable community development projects. Most recently, her work with BC Healthy Communities includes a focus on public engagement around climate change, community learning, and community dialogue processes. Stacy holds a M. Ed. from Simon Fraser University, specializing in Adult Education, community development, and organizational learning.
